Xerafy XS Dash RFID Tag | M830
Fit RFID tracking onto the smallest metal tools and weapons with a slender ceramic tag barely larger than a grain of rice. The Xerafy XS Dash measures just 12.30 x 3 x 2.20 mm (0.48 x 0.12 x 0.09 in) and weighs only 0.44 g (0.016 oz), yet delivers up to 4.50 m (14.8 ft) fixed read range on metal surfaces. Powered by the Impinj M830 chip, this ultra-small tag brings UHF RFID identification to assets that are simply too small for any other hard tag.
Built from durable ceramic with a 790 psi (5,447 kPa) compression strength and IP68 waterproof rating, the XS Dash withstands crushing forces, drops, and moisture exposure that would destroy softer tags. It tolerates peak temperatures of 200°C (392°F) for up to 24 hours and attaches with epoxy for a secure, permanent bond on hand tools, surgical instruments, and other miniature metal assets.
