Return Policy

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned or exchanged in new, unused condition provided the item is not listed below as a non-returnable item. If you have any questions regarding our return policy, or would like to request a return or exchange, please complete the below form within 30 days of receipt of your order.

A restocking fee will apply to opened packages, and may be assessed for unopened returns. If merchandise credits are issued, they are valid for redemption within one year of issuance. Credits are not gift cards and are non-transferrable.

All RMA item(s) must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and all accessories.
  • The packaging must not have any markings or writing upon it.
  • Returns that are missing accessories, packaging, manuals, and/or are not in original condition will be rejected.
  • Write the RMA number only on the shipping label, NOT on the box.
