Zebra Z-Essentials 540T top-coated, thermal transfer, paper labels with a permanent acrylic adhesive are designed for high-volume labeling needs such as shipping, food packaging, and work-in-process applications. They offer strong adhesion to various surfaces and perform reliably across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 60°C (-65°F to 200°F). FDA compliance for indirect food contact makes these labels suitable for labeling shrink wrap and similar materials. Approximately 25% thinner than comparable alternatives, the 540T allows more labels per roll for improved efficiency and lower overall cost. For optimal print quality, it is recommended to pair this label with the 1600 Wax Ribbon in Zebra industrial thermal transfer printers.
Note: These labels do NOT contain an RFID inlay and are NOT compatible with UHF RFID technology.
