Optimized for use in Zebra's ZD500R printer, these 1" x 11" direct thermal, polypropylene UHF RFID wristbands come standard with the Zebra ZBR8102 inlay. These disposable, printable, wristbands combine both PPID and patient tracking in one solution. They allow clinicians to quickly and accurately read wristband data using handheld devices, regardless of patients’ wrist positions. When used in combination with fixed RFID readers, these auto-reading wristbands allow healthcare professionals to view patients’ last-known locations as they move throughout the hospital or clinic setting.

Zebra 1" x 11" Z-Band Direct RFID XR Wristbands are a durable, comfortable, and easy-to-use solution for patients, clinicians, and admissions. These latex-free wristbands feature a patented antimicrobial coating, which protects the wristbands from degradation. They overcome the limitations of traditional UHF RFID wristbands–which require close contact with the body to function properly–by delivering consistent read ranges regardless of wrist position or patient orientation.
