Xerafy PICO In RFID Tag | M830

Permanently embed RFID tracking inside metal tools, molds, and oilfield equipment with a tag engineered for in-metal installation. The Xerafy PICO In is designed to be embedded directly into a machined socket in your metal asset, delivering up to 3 m (9.8 ft) fixed read range from inside the metal surface. Powered by the Impinj M830 chip, this embeddable ceramic tag provides tamper-proof identification that won't snag, peel, or get knocked off during heavy use.

With a peak temperature rating of 220°C (428°F) and IP68 waterproof protection, the PICO In handles the extreme conditions found in injection molding, oil well operations, and heavy manufacturing. Its compact 12.80 x 7.08 x 3.08 mm (0.50 x 0.28 x 0.12 in) form factor fits into a small ø 15 mm socket, and once secured with epoxy resin, the tag sits flush with the asset surface for protected, long-term performance.
