The Vulcan RFID Electra Reader is a high-accuracy UHF RFID and 2D barcode scanner designed for seamless workstation integration. Its defined read zone and dual-scan capability ensure fast, precise data capture every time, making it ideal for point-of-sale counters, hospital check-ins, library desks, and scan-and-go stations.
Its compact, flat design fits neatly into tight workspaces, and a single USB connection provides both power and data for effortless plug-and-play setup. Keyboard wedge emulation allows tag and barcode information to be automatically entered into any system without additional software.
The Electra is fully compatible with Vulcan RFID Read, Write, & Verify Software, ThingMagic’s Mercury API, and Universal Reader Assistant (URA), enabling rapid solution development and easy integration into existing systems. Its flexibility and precision make it a powerful workstation reader for asset management, retail operations, and high-volume data capture environments.
