Keonn AdvanPay-170 RFID Reader for Point of Sale with Hard Tag Detacher
Combine product identification and hard tag removal into a single action at the checkout counter. The Keonn AdvanPay-170 merges an RFID reader with a confined reading area and a built-in 11,000 gauss magnetic detacher, so staff can read the tag and remove the hard tag in one step. The reader automatically converts EPC codes to GTIN14, GTIN13, or GTIN12 and sends them to your POS software via hardware keyboard emulation, with no additional software installation needed.
With three operation modes, payment (green), return (red), and read-only (blue), the AdvanPay-170 adapts to every checkout workflow. It runs on PoE and offers optional Ethernet connectivity for remote management. The confined reading area reads only tags placed directly on the surface, preventing stray reads while simultaneously deactivating EAS flags. Available in a flush mount and in white or black. Pair it with an AdvanSafe or AdvanMat system for a complete RFID-based loss prevention and checkout solution.
