The Beontag Ironside Plate is designed with a unique metallic structure that combines the usefulness of RFID and traditional ID plates. The metallic encasing offers protection from the environment and enables easy to see, durable visual marking. Featuring the NXP UCODE 8 IC, the Ironside Plate is equipped with 128 bits of EPC memory and 96 bits of TID memory.

The Beontag Ironside Plate is designed to be mounted through 4 screw holes to metal and plastic assets, enabling a read range of up to 10 m (33 ft). The metal encasement increases the lifespan of both the tag's RFID capabilities and traditional printed identification.
