Information
All TSL CompleteCare Maintenance Programs must be ordered within 30 days from the date of your hardware purchase. Your enhanced coverage begins from day one of purchasing your CompleteCare Maintenance Program and continues through the purchased period. Extended coverage excludes units that have been crushed, submerged in liquid, or damaged beyond repair.
TSL will dispatch a Service Exchange Unit on the next working day after an RMA request. Products are diagnosed and restored to meet their original specifications via:
- Repairs, alignments, adjustments, and refurbishment, if appropriate, of any [covered] product(s) that malfunctions during use within the operational and environmental parameters specified by TSL.
- Product updates, if applicable, as may be defined from time to time.
- Access and rights to operating system and firmware releases.
