Omni-ID Small Tool Tracking Sample Pack

This sample pack gives you four types of RFID tags from Omni-ID that are designed specifically for tool tracking applications. Most of the tags in this pack are able to survive harsh processes such as dipping, coating, heat shrinking and molding, embedding, and other cleaning processes.

Omni-ID Fit 210 High Temperature RFID Tag - The Omni-ID Fit 210 is a low profile, small form-factor RFID tag ideal for integration within finishing processes, such as dipping, coating, heat shrinking and moulding in the harshest of environments. The high temperature version expands the capabilities of this small, narrow tag to cycling applications with high temperatures to 225°C.

Omni-ID Fit 220 High Temperature RFID Tag - The Omni-ID Fit 220 High Temperature Tag is the smallest regional RFID tag with the capability to survive cycling applications to +235°C. The performance of the Fit 220 tag is not sacrificed by its small size and it is an ideal solution for tracking very small metal assets where space is limited.

Omni-ID Fit 400P RFID Tag - The Omni-ID Fit 400P is a small form factor, high performance RFID tag optimized for attachment to plastic assets and embedding into plastic materials. Fit 400P features a high sensitivity RF design and broad read angle enabling handheld and portal reading.

Omni-ID Fit 400 High Temperature RFID Tag - The Omni-ID Fit 400 is a small form factor, high performance RFID tag optimized for metal substrates. Designed for tracking small metal assets, Fit 400’s high performance design provides handheld and portal compatibility. This small ceramic tag is ideally suited for cycling applications with high temperatures to 225°C.
