Get a smart RFID reader with a built-in confined antenna, ideal for check-in and check-out applications where precise read control matters. The Keonn AdvanReader-70A combines the on-board Linux computer and communication stack of the AdvanReader-70 with an integrated confined-beam antenna that reads only tags placed near its surface, preventing stray reads from items in the surrounding area. Output power reaches up to 27 dBm, and three surface LEDs plus a 2-watt speaker provide clear visual and audio feedback.
Built-in USB HID keyboard emulation lets you send tag data as keystrokes to any connected computer, integrating with existing check-in/check-out software without any driver installation. The reader also supports HTTP, MQTT, SQL, TCP, and REST API communication. Power it via PoE with optional Ethernet for remote control and centralized management. Its compact 180 x 180 x 56 mm (7.1 x 7.1 x 2.2 in) form factor fits neatly at library circulation desks, retail counters, and document tracking stations.
