HID Adept 850 HM Monza X UHF RFID Tag

Tracking assets in harsh industrial environments means your RFID tags need to survive the same punishment as the equipment they're on. The HID Adept 850 HM is a high-performance RAIN UHF RFID tag built specifically for demanding applications where most tags fail. With a Monza X chip and 8,192 bits of user memory, it stores far more data on-tag than standard UHF tags, and reads at distances up to 15.1 m (49.5 ft), giving you reliable, long-range identification without a dedicated reader station at every turn.

Built to take it, the 850 HM features an ABS rigid plastic housing rated IK08 for impact resistance, meets MIL STD 810-G for vibration and shock, and handles extreme temperatures from -20° to +85° C (-4° to +185° F). It resists oil, caustic soda, and salt water, and mounts to any surface including metal using screws, rivets, or adhesive. Optional ATEX/IECEx/C1D1 certification makes it ready for hazardous locations as well.
