The Evolis YMCK is specially designed for retransfer printing technology and works in tandem with a compatible transfer film to deliver high-definition, edge-to-edge results. With four panels, Yellow, Magenta, Cyan, and Black, it supports 600 dpi resolution for sharp images, text, and even micro-text. Using reverse transfer technology, the image is first printed onto a clear film, which is then heat-applied to the card surface, making it ideal for a wide range of materials, including smart cards and those with uneven surfaces. Rigorously tested by Evolis R&D and Quality teams, this ribbon ensures reliable performance, a print life of up to three years, and compatibility with single or dual-sided printing on PVC and composite cards.
