Zebra Presentation Cradle | For DS4678 and DS8178 Scanners
The Zebra Presentation Cradle provides communication and charging capabilities to compatible DS4678 and DS8178 scanners. This presentation cradle holds the scanner upright, and if presentation scanning is enabled on the scanner, the scanner will automatically switch between constantly scanning while in the cradle and triggered scanning when the scanner is out of the cradle. Compatible scanners can communicate with this cradle via Bluetooth, and up to 8 scanners can be paired to a single cradle. Communication between the cradle and scanner uses 128 or 256 bit encryption, certified at FIPS 140-2 Level 1. This cradle can also alert the user if the host is not providing enough power to charge the scanner.
