The Zebra Desk/Wall Mountable Presentation Communication/Charge Cradle provides communication and charging capabilities to compatible DS8178 scanners. Compatible scanners can communicate with this cradle via Bluetooth, and up to 8 scanners can be paired to a single cradle. Communication between the cradle and scanner uses 128 or 256 bit encryption, certified at FIPS 140-2 Level 1. This cradle can also alert the user if the host is not providing enough power to charge the scanner.
NOTE: This cradle requires a compatible USB-C to USB-A Cable. Visit Zebra 7 ft Shielded USB Cable | Series A Connector for a compatible cable.
