The Honeywell PD45S is an industrial printer engineered for demanding environments across manufacturing, transportation and logistics, healthcare, retail, and government sectors. Equipped with a robust all-metal frame and minimal internal mechanics, the PD45S offers exceptional durability and a sleek, compact design. Its smart printing capabilities allow users to fine-tune settings and run applications directly from the printer. With support for multiple print languages and direct thermal or thermal transfer modes, the PD45S is a versatile alternative to legacy systems. The intuitive user interface, with either a 3.5” color touchscreen or a 2.36” LCD and keypad, streamlines operation, while the large glass window and side-opening design simplify media monitoring and loading.
Under the hood, the PD45S features a powerful 800MHz Arm Cortex-A7 processor, 256MB memory, and 256MB DDR3 SDRAM, ensuring fast and reliable performance. Honeywell’s patented dual-sensor positioning technology delivers label accuracy down to 0.5 mm (0.04 in) and supports a minimum label height of just 5 mm (0.20 in). The printer includes user-friendly features like adjustable pressure bars, dual media guides, and easy-access components for effortless maintenance. With its high-speed processing, precision printing, and flexible connectivity options, the PD45S is built to meet the evolving demands of modern industrial labeling applications.
NOTE: This PD45S Printer is not compatible with UHF RFID technology. This printer comes standard with USB and Ethernet connectivity, but does not have UHF capabilities.
