FEIG LR5400 HF RFID Long Range Reader
The FEIG LR5400 HF RFID Long Range Reader is a high-performance 13.56 MHz RFID reader designed for applications requiring exceptional sensitivity, fast read speeds, and long-range performance, especially in environments with high tag density. It supports ISO 15693, ISO 18000-3-A, and NXP I-Code 1 protocols, making it ideal for use in libraries, laundries, casinos, logistics, and industrial settings. With a built-in multiplexer, the reader accommodates multiple antenna setups and configurations, including security gates and conveyor systems. Flexible integration options include Ethernet (TCP/IP), USB, and RS485, with support for both IPv4 and IPv6 networks, along with services such as DHCP, DNS, and NTP for seamless deployment.
The LR5400 features four integrated antenna outputs with fast switching, adjustable transmitting power (1W to 8W), and a read range of up to 2 m (6.6 ft). The reader also supports RSSI-based transponder localization, advanced diagnostics like standing wave ration (SWR) measurements, and protective mechanisms against antenna faults. It supports FEIG’s external multiplexer, power splitter, and antenna tuner, even allowing DC power supply via RF outputs.
