The Arizon AZ-AMR8A On-Metal RFID White Wet Inlay is a thin, flexible UHF RAIN RFID inlay built on the Impinj Monza M800 series chipset and specifically tuned for on-metal performance across the global 860–960 MHz frequency band. Where standard RFID inlays lose signal or detune completely on metallic assets, the AZ-AMR8A delivers read distances exceeding 5 m (16.4 ft) on metal with a handheld reader and up to 20 m (65.6 ft) on metal under fixed-reader conditions, making bulk reads of metal equipment, containers, and infrastructure fast and practical.

At just 75 × 35 × 1.35 mm (2.95 × 1.38 × 0.05 in), this ARC-certified inlay keeps a low profile on tagged assets while its 150 × 33 mm (5.91 × 1.30 in) antenna delivers the range that on-metal applications demand. The PET substrate stays flexible and durable across an operating temperature range of -40° to 85° C (-40° to 185° F). Available with the Impinj M830 (128-bit EPC) or M850 (96-bit EPC, 32-bit user memory) chip, the AZ-AMR8A supports 10,000 programming cycles and 10 years of data retention. It complies with EPC Class 1 Gen 2 and ISO/IEC 18000-63, and has passed Auburn University ARC Spec E1 certification for validated, real-world performance.
