For over 60 years, Emerson & Cuming Microwave Products, Inc. has been the recognized global leader in engineered materials used for modifying and enhancing electromagnetic devices. ECMP has used that expertise to solve the dilemma of RFID in metal environments. Emerson & Cuming engineers are experts at designing materials with precise electromagnetic properties to mitigate any RF problem including those presented by metal-mount UHF and HF tagging. MetalTag is the result of this effort, featuring tags with many form factors for a wide variety of metal-mount applications in both the FCC (902-928MHz) and ETSI frequency space (865-868MHz).
